Publication Ethics Policy

Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is the result of original research and has not been published or is in the process of being published in other journals.
  • If there is any use of data, images, or other materials that are not their own, the author must provide clear citations and obtain permission to use if necessary.
  • All forms of plagiarism, fabrication, or data manipulation are strictly prohibited.
  • If a significant error is found in a published article, the author must immediately contact the editor to correct or withdraw the article.
  • All individuals who have contributed significantly to the research must be listed as authors.

Editor Responsibilities

  • The editor is responsible for ensuring that each article is reviewed objectively and without bias.
  • The decision to accept or reject an article is based solely on academic relevance, originality, and scientific contribution.
  • The editor must not have any conflict of interest with the authors or institutions associated with the manuscript.
  • The editor must ensure that all peer review processes are confidential and fair.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Reviewers should evaluate articles objectively based on scientific relevance, methodology, and quality of data presented.
  • Reviewers should provide constructive and clear reviews to help improve the manuscript.
  • Reviewers should not have any conflict of interest with the authors or related institutions.
  • All information in the manuscript reviewed must be kept confidential and must not be used for personal gain.

Publisher Responsibilities

  • The publisher is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all publications in the journal.
  • The publisher must cooperate with authors, editors, and reviewers to address any suspected violations of publication ethics.
  • If necessary, the publisher may retract or correct the published article in accordance with the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

Research Ethics and Ethical Approval

  • All research involving human subjects must comply with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and obtain approval from an authorized ethics committee.
  • Researchers must explain participant consent procedures, protection of personal data, and steps taken to maintain participant anonymity.
